MobiRep's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
MobiRep will only access Google appointments/activities that it has created. MobiRep will require permission to access and update your Google Calendar data to keep both your Google and MobiRep calendars up-to-date. MobiRep will not do this automatically; the user will have to manually request changes each time by clicking a button. MobiRep will ask for access to your Google Calendar data when it does not have user permission or when the access has expired. The user can choose to revoke their permission at any time on this page.
MobiRep will not use or share any personal user data. After creating MobiRep appointments/activities in your Google Calendar, MobiRep will securely store the event IDs of these appointments/activities for future synchronizations. This ensures that the appointment/activity will be up-to-date in both calendars when changes are made in either the MobiRep or the Google calendar. The changes made to the appointments/activities with stored IDs will also be securely stored by MobiRep. This information will only be used for the purposes described in this policy and will not be shared with other parties.
